The converter works as advertised. I will probably buy more of these. It comes without instructions. The packaging leaves a little to be desired..anti-static bag that was wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in a plastic mailing bag.. but it made it in one piece. The shipping time was fast for smart-post, but I opted for free shipping so what can I really say. Overall good transaction.
