Out of courtesy, I messaged to the Seller about some issues before leaving negative feedback. The item did not appear new, the box was re-taped with hair in it, the wires looked like they were exposed to heat, etc. The response I received was curt and denied any of my points. No customer service skills. My 22 years with positive eBay reviews, I assumed they would at least engage positively. That was not the case. I will not purchase from this Seller again and I would recommend others do not.
