    Laptop arrived exactly as described (New old stock) with all protective film still in place. Item was shipped quickly, and seller responded quickly to emailed questions prior to purchase. This specific laptop (Intel Whitebook) shipped with bios 0158, and the seller was kind enough to leave a copy of the Intel Control Center App on the desktop for me to back up in case I need to do a fresh windows install. (It's the only software required for a fresh windows install). Would definitely recommend.
