Delivered promptly. The bad news is that it arrived broken although the box had a wooden skeleton frame. (After buying many new toilets my opinion is that they should all be palletized for shipping. Of the last seven purchased five were broken and two arrived unbroken. They were the only two on pallets. It seems ones purchased through aftermarket sellers come in the original boxes without pallets) The good news is that seller refunded my purchase price and I moved on.
