Item did not go through Authentication, once received was tested (2) testers came up as not even synthetic, moissanite, or lab created yet alone a diamond. Return was opened the seller was argumentative and would not accept a return. Once the seller had the item still did not refund. When you avoid the Authentication, then take responsibility if the item is not what you described. Why as a seller would you list to not go through the program to begin with, it protects both buyer/seller?

(1) When listing this item, there were no prompts to go through any sort of authentication. (2)The diamond and gold were tested by me as I have done my entire career. (3)video of testing was provided in my listing. (4)the return was JUST received 11/7 after business hours barely giving the chance to visit ebay TODAY to send the refund. SELLERS BEWARE ~ THIS one is a nightmare.
