Packaging was good. Shipping time after purchase/payment was delayed almost 3 weeks. Arrival after UPS finally received the part was fairly quick to the USA. Fit and finish are terrible. Center piece is warped/twisted and does not match the contour/shape of the Cayenne tail gate. The patterns/orientation of the Carbon at the junctions of the 2 sides pieces and center DO NOT match. These parts are probably rejects and being liquidated through eBay as a result. Overall, maybe 3 stars out of 5.
