    Great product, especially for killing Pseudomonas

    I am a wound care specialist. It is a great cleanser for infected wounds because it kills bacteria but does not kill one's fibroblasts needed for healing (if it is the quarter strength solution). It also kills Pseudomonas which most other cleansers do not (Pseudomonas produces a green or blue green drainage). Do not use a stronger concentration because it will harm the healthy tissue just like Betadine or hydrogen peroxide does. The product is expensive so shop around for the best price.

    Though my wound requires a flap surgery- I only wish I would have tried this product veggies all the failed ones given by the doctors. It seems to me that Dakin’s worked best.
