Good Value High Binoculars,
I purchased these Binoculars for a Marine Biology class more than a year ago. Their main attraction was a their reasonable cost. I used them mainly for sea bird identification. They do the job at more that half the cost of many high end binoculars on the market. They are light, compact and easy to use. They have good definition, accurate color correction and good sensitivity at low light levels. . Anyone looking for a pair of 10x binoculars,the Legend series from Bushnell is a great choice.The field of vision is important for observing birds or wildlife.These bino's are above average in that respect,especial at this price.The eye cups are the best I've used they stay where you put them and work great with eye glasses.Compared to my old Nikons these bino's are are brighter and clearer.I'm sure if you spend ten times the price of these you may find a lighter pair of 10x42s but weight of these is not a problem,even on long outings.HGAnyone looking for a pair of 10x binoculars,the Legend series from Bushnell is a great choice.The field of vision is important for observing birds or wildlife.These bino's are above average in that respect,especial at this price.The eye cups are the best I've used they stay where you put them and work great with eye glasses.Compared to my old Nikons these bino's are are brighter and clearer.I'm sure if you spend ten times the price of these you may find a lighter pair of 10x42s but weight of these is not a problem,even on long outings.HG

Good for the price
Didn't notice any major difference compared to my buddies more expensive Vortex. You can definitely get better quality optics, but you'll have to pay a whole lot more. There were fantastic for under $200 and you'd probably have to spend 3x that to do better.
