    my item was described as excellent condition and no stains, but it indeed have a stain. It was packaged horribly, the package was half way opened and the faux fur was stuck to the sticker on the package. The headband could’ve been bent in the empty unsecured package, luckily it didn’t.

    I'm sorry your package arrived partly opened. When I mailed it, the item was in excellent condition with no stains. You can see in the pictures that there were no stains. I always use sufficient tape to seal. Perhaps the stain happened when the packaged was roughly handled in transit. Please address your concerns with the USPS.
