Product was in the bubble wrap due to the lid not properly tightened, 25% of product lost. Texted with seller and sent pictures, only option available was to return at my expense. I was already using the remaining product, asked for partial refund. Told ānot their policy, only returnā. Overpriced, lousy service, not interested in keeping me as a customer. Isnāt shopping in 2024 such fun. Youād think $30 for used shampoo would get you some customer service, not the case here.

You said you didn't want to return the product because you have been using it for 10 days. You wanted me just to return you money without returning the product it was insured.It was damaged during shipping and USPS wanted. It back for the insurance.
