Terrible service. The worst I’ve experienced here before. Purchased a Pinata- it arrived in a plastic packaging bag and completely squished. Contacted the seller to advise (this could have been avoided by sending in a box) and their response was that it can still be used once filled, as the lollies would push it back into shape. Offered a $10 refund (pushed to $15) no offer of a replacement or full refund. I had no choice to purchase elsewhere and be out of pocket $11.99 for an useable item
