    Easy to swallow and it helps my immune syatem.

    I have been using this product for 5 years. I use it because my immune system is compromised as a result of Chemo and Radiation therapies that had in 2015. I feel like it is helping to strengthen my immune system. I take 5 capsules in the morning and 5 capsules in the evening.
