Photos were taken prior to shipping, of all sides of bag as well as the inside of the bag. The bag was clean and new with tags at time of shipping. Prior to buying the buyer asked to reduce the price because he could not afford and wanted to get for GF for her birthday. Reluctantly I did, and even paid for expediated shipping to get it there for her birthday. Days after delivery I received 2 rude emails, the second one just wanted money. Also, at no point has seller provided photos
