I'm not convinced this is a genuine Ram product. There was a large chip out of the ball and the rubber coating is already peeling off. It was cheap, I suppose.

This customer made no attempt to contact us about any issues, or any attempt to return the item. We would have shipped another unit out at no charge. He instead chose to just post this malicious feedback.
