I ordered this before and had no issues with shipping. However, I ordered this again and 4 other r+co products on 2/4, tracking has never updated and the items were supposed to be delivered 2/8, then 2/10. These were little gifts for my daughter. I’d like to either get a refund, or resend the products I ordered since it’s clear the package has either been lost or hasn’t actually shipped.
