Used item sold as new, “open box,” “never been assembled”, but had been modified by a previous owner. It was hard to put together because of the modifications, which weren’t recognized in the listing. The seller may not have realized it was modified and partially constructed in the past, I couldn’t tell by just looking at photos, but it became obvious during construction. I like the item, but definitely wouldn’t have paid the price I did had I known it was modified. Really not worth the price.

The seller contacted me after I left feedback and worked with me to rectify the issue. Even though the item was sold as a "no returns" item, they offered me a partial refund which goes above and beyond what most sellers do, in my experience. I would definitely recommend this seller and would do business with them again.
