Stratus charging port issue. Sent to them and they fixed the charging issue but now the unit does not work at. Starts up and flashes red which means it won’t pass the in-byte test. Even though it wouldn’t charge properly before I sent it off, it still worked. Sent email to them asking if they had seen this before and if they might be able to fix/resolve the issue but ZERO response. That’s why I’m leaving a negative review. Stuff happens I get it, but don’t ghost people.

Hello, we had already reached out about this. The service covers the port repair for charging issues. Our test shows that the charging was working after our repairs. We cannot and will not be held responsible for other problems with the unit. We have serviced 50+ units of this model for the charging port repair and this is not related.
