    We ordered this Viola for my daughter - beginner level with her church class. Unfortunately this viola is not quality and her beginner level instructor said it won’t hold up and needs to be serviced. When tuning it “pops” and doesn’t sound quality. I asked the seller if we could return as it had been 3 weeks past purchase but he said 14 days window. First negative review I have given on eBay. Shame the seller doesn’t stand behind his instruments. Avoiding even if beginner level.
