For the price you can’t beat these headlights they’re honestly great! To be truthful I’m not a fan of the fact that these only come in a smoked housing, or chrome housing. But considering the fact that at the dealership each headlight retails for $392.46 each, before taxes these headlights are greatly priced! The headlights come with instructions, and some clamps to help with the install. However on my ‘04 WRX, the install was very simplistic and the instructions would have only complicated things. THERE IS NO NEED TO RRMOGE THE BUMPER AT ALL IN MY CASE. I cannot say as to wether or not the STI is the same because they use ballast and such, but for a WRX, you need only remove the grille, and assortment of clips underneath to remove the headlights. Wiring was also a bit more complex, you ... For the price you can’t beat these headlights they’re honestly great! I found it easier to use random YouTuber’s guides to see how they wired it/installed it, rather than the poor instructions detailed by Spec-D themselves. If you have LED’s as your driving or turn signals, the housing of the projectors WILL NOT FIT YOUR BULBS, you will have to make adjustments to the housing or not using them at all! For the price these are phenomenal, they’re a great alternative to having faded/crappy oem headlights!

Says plug right in, this is not accurate. There are loose wires that have to be connected wired in and the blinker will not go in unless you CUT the housing to make it fit. False advertising.

Best budget replacement headlight assy. for blobeye
This headlight assy was easy to install. On my blob eye it was plug and play. I just wired the Halo's to running lights. I researched OEM headlight assy there like 400 bucks. I got these for way less than that.

Easy to install. I didn’t remove my front bumper and just found the right angle to get it out. The instructions were nice, but could have more detail in splicing into the headlights. Very easy install don’t need many tools. Have had them on my car for 3 weeks and still look new, will update later on, but for now it’s a solid deal and makes the car have a more aggressive look. Lights are also very bright and light up the road, a lot better than OEM. Overall recommend and great price!Easy to install.
