    GREAT JAM CONTAINING ONLY NATURAL FRUIT SUGARS

    It is the only jam that I feel safe with as a type 2 diabetic. I am aware that It contains sugar in the form of fructose in it's fruit content. but I hardly smother it on my toast in great dollops - just a suspicion of the taste is sufficient for me. I like it in porridge too.

    5* diabetic jam

    Very pleased with this jam. As a diabetic I find it ideal for putting on pancakes with lemon juice. So few jams of this type now available in supermarkets. French brands seem to have disappeared this year since Brexit. Will order again.

    Great jam yumyum.

    This jam is really good value for the price. As it seems difficult to get low sugar or sugar free jam in local shops it is wonderful that I can get it on Ebay at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend getting it on here x
