    While the record arrived by USPS broken, seller quickly responded to posting of image of broken record, apologized knowing it was one of a kind and couldn't be replaced by them, and refund was quickly and efficiently processed. They were going to check with UPSP insurance and hopefully find what packaging is needed to avoid this problem in the future.
