Great transaction. Seller was responsive to questions. Condition of grill was better than described--said to be lightly used, appeared brand new though box was a bit worn and one cart leg was slightly bent. Ordered 12/28, shipped 12/29, arrived 1/4. FedEx had a shipping exception due to an unreadable barcode (which is apparently not unusual for large, heavy boxes) and didn't update tracking until the day before arrival, though it still arrived within the estimated 1/2 - 1/6 delivery window.

Dishonest and greedy seller renegaded on the agreed purchase. Prepared the shipping label and then decided to holding on the item and not let FedEx to pick it up. Greed set in after the sale but before FedEx picks up the package, seller decided to reduce the item to 25% (from 4-pack to a single pack) & listed at the same price. No communication at all to buyer on the non-shipment except sending out notification the item has been shipped, hold on the payment made until being questioned.
