They work well. While my experience was ok, ill pay a few extra bucks in the future and buy new (as I have always done prior to this). I think it's worth it as a lot of things could have went wrong here; they just didn't this time. The listing was accurate, the seller was responsive, and shipped quickly.

The physical condition is good and a good price. It wasn't beat up, clean inside and out. Specced out as advertised. The license for Win 11 Pro had a problem. Seller remoted connected to the PC and fixed the issue and now it works correctly. Seller was courteous and good at communication during the issue. Well packaged and shipped promptly. I would buy from this seller again.
