Buyer ordered and received a 6.5" bracelet and complained that it was "missing beads and too small." They compared it to the number of beads in the bracelet pictured inn the listing and stated that the one they received had fewer beads (the bracelet in the photo measured 8".) I explained that the one I sent them was exactly what they ordered (6.5") and I would be happy to exchange it for a larger size or issue a full refund. The buyer never responded and left negative feedback.
