Hard to review it since it is not working. Just received this and hooked it up. Was trying to hook up a keyboard that did not have the round connector. Only have usb ports Got a message like so many others that it was not recognized on my computer. Has anyone found a remedy for this? connection seems fine but no keyboard usage. I have windows 10
