    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    Here’s the deal...

    if you want a soundbar, this is great. The bar by itself has no bass at all tho.... like no bass!!! Then i was led down the rabbit hole of an AV receiver with an SVS ultra center and Focal tower left and right channel speakers with a sub and used the music cast 20s as wireless surrounds.. if you have the space, do it right with TRUE surround. The bose is good for a soundbar bar but for the money they cost.... you can get better assets for surround set up. The remote is awesome tho. It’s just likable.. paired all of our devices to it. The bar does look sweet mounted under the TV for a clean look but nothing NOTHING compares to true surround

    Way better than new hearing aids.

    I bought this because I could not hear the TV clearly. Although expensive, it would have cost me 10 times as much to upgrade my hearing aids. Good value, great sound.

    Great quailty, good sound

    I have been a Bose fan for many years. This soundbar is refurbished but looks nearly new. It sounds, although it would sound better with a dedicated subwoofer. I was a little disappointed to discover it didn't have Dolby Atmos capability, but it wasn't a deal-breaker
