I am a seller on ebay and I know how hard it is. The package was shipped in a timely manner and was exactly as described. This seller was recommended by LTT as a source so I suspect he got a bunch of orders all at once. It took me a few days but I installed the drive and was able to use it in the manner expected including accessing 4K disks. Note: I missed it was a bare drive so I was surprised it did not come with a retail box but that was on me not the seller.
