What can I say, in more than 15 years on eBay, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude. the first ones deliberately sent the wrong jacket size, not because they were mixed up, they simply did not have the correct size. secondly, inventing reasons, he offered a $10-20 refund. or so that I myself spend money on sending the goods back by international parcel. Sad

Order delivered to the US address. We provide free returns to any customer in the USA no question asked. He is located in Azerbaijan and used freight forwarder. He wanted for us to cover for his international return or simply send him cash for "return label" According to our record we sent out correct blazer. Yes we offered a free return label from "his" US address or partial courtesy refund. Until we inspect an item we cant say if we in fact sent a wrong size or something else
