      For me, the item never arrived. The seller had put a random number in the tracking info so there was no way of confirming whether the item really had been dispatched or delivered. I contacted the seller and they said they would investigate with Royal Mail and then returned with a bogus response saying Royal Mail had confirmed delivery. Thankfully eBay saw through the seller’s shenanigans and returned my money.

      In respose to your false comments; We did not provide a random number into the tracking info - we buy all of our postage labels direct from ebay, and ebay automatically transfer the postage label receipt number into the tracking section. You did not purchase a trackable postage service which is why there is no tracking details. I have also provided you a screenshot of the fully legitimate response from Royal Mail confirming they delivered the item.
