Twice prior, both returned to sellers, one of the ends of the soft DVD 'slip-cover' (it is not a DVD case) were cut/sliced with scissors so it would open book-style.     Item arrived just as described and what I had hoped for…brand new. Well packed in bubble envelope. Shipping time was a little disappointing but I don’t think that was the seller’s fault since the tracking showed it was on its way the day after I ordered it.
