Seller Notes: “This Printer is basically NEW but has issues and needs to be fixed. The inks and drums that come in ... “This Printer is basically NEW but has issues and needs to be fixed. The inks and drums that come in it and are the Original Supplies supplied from the factory in the original box. The printer was delivered to a local customer but when we set it up and tried to test it, it kept asking to ask the paper in tray 1 as it does not sense paper in Tray2 and still didn't sense paper in tray 1 either so it is NOT the tray for sure, so we thought that it might be the Paper tray, so tried one from an older printer of the same model that they had but it only printed ONCE and that is when it printed the report shown in the photos, but after that, it wouldn't print anymore and will display the same error message. This printer apparently is an OLDER model and even though it is new it appears that some parts need maintenance and/or replacement so if you know how to fix it, this is a good choice for you.
