    Works just fine after installation. Solved the C-wire problem. Just be sure to follow the printed instructions. Not exactly intuitive. White hooks up to yellow thermostat wire? I also found that the wire connectors they include don't work very well. I used wire nuts instead.

    Buy this before you call the HVAC tech

    Buy this when you buy the T-stat. It insures the Nest has the power it needs to function. It will eliminate undo stress on your blower fan from short cycling as well as an unwarranted service call by an HVAC tech.
