So far so good it did take about 2 1/2 hours to install, I followed the guys instructions on a piece together video on YouTube, but he did a little bit more steps than you actually needed to do and then made it sound like it was a bigger deal because you have to take the motor apart a little bit, you do not have to remove the power switch.
