I won the auction on Apr 22 and paid immediately. However, the item I received on Apr 26 was non-functional. Despite reaching out to the seller on Apr 26 and again a week later, there was no response whatsoever. Their lack of communication is utterly disappointing. It's evident from their own feedback that they've neglected others in the past. I chose not to open a case for a return, opting instead to accept the financial loss. 🙁👎
