    I bought 3 packs of 5 of these AT27C16. They are listed as new. Here are the issues... 1. They aren't new. When reading them (if they would read) they all had various different data on them. Some had something about modems, others stuff about IBM. This alone isn't a big deal as they can be over written, just not honest saying they are new. 2. Six(6) of the fifteen(15) didn't work. The EEPROM reader identified bad pins and if if I did an override they would flash or read, but not correctly.
