First of all I had left an away message which is why it took so long to ship. Secondly it was a factory sealed box so I am not sure how ANYTHING COULD BE MISSING!! Lastly, I offered a refund to the client and THEY ACCEPTED WHAT I OFFERED so I am really not sure why this buyer is upset. Would never do business again with this person because I really dont trust that something was missing on this item
