I have been using twice a day as directed for a week and my gums are happy and not as sore or puffy. Also very happy to see no staining on my teeth, as promised. The bottle is pretty small. Using the 10mL dose twice a day as directed will only last about a week and a half-which is ok since it’s intended to be used for 7-14 days at a time anyway. I plan to order again.
