In Rome: Pathway to Power, a somewhat whimsical adventure game, you play the part of Hector, a lowlife slave at the bottom of the Roman totem pole. Yet you have high aspirations. In fact, you intend to become Emperor of the decaying state of Rome someday and, to accomplish this daunting task, you'll need to gain experience by solving six levels of gameplay, overcoming all the obstacles in your pathway to power. <br><br>From the dangers of erupting volcanoes to interaction with strange people, you'll journey through the ancient land looking for (and finding) trouble via an easy point-and-click interface. The game features 3D graphics in some scenes and each level has a different scheme and specific plot to work your way through by utilizing unique skills. Based on historical events, and with a touch of humor and irreverence thrown in for good measure, Rome: Pathway to Power offers an unusual strategic adventure.
