The colour is much nicer than in the picture... a rich navy. The item arrived quickly (a little over 48 hours from ordering). So far, I have only used the backpack - very well-designed, with 3 main pockets that hold more than the old Carhartt backpack it's replacing. The test for the larger suitcase will be May 23rd to June 10th. A 5 city trip in North Italy, on 8 bullet trains and several hotels. The suitcases look sturdy, but only JFK will let me know how strong they are.

Ordered set on 6/13, luggage arrived 6/15, awesome! My husband was very impressed with his new luggage set. I wish that it had another, more distinctive color, as solid navy, like black, might be difficult to spot on luggage carousel. Looks to be well constructed with lots of handy pockets and zippers. Hubby has a trip planned, in July, we'll see how well the set travels!

I ordered two of these sets. It said they were both sent, but the box arrived as 1 of 1. It was a small box that could not have fit 2 sets and it was not sealed so you could just open it up on one side. I contacted them and they quickly refunded me for the one set and said they didn’t have anymore in stock to send to replace the missing set. It was supposed to be a gift. I wish they had told me in advance they were out of the other color. I wouldn’t have ordered at all. Disappointing.
