The seller shipped the package 7 days after I paid (and it arrived in 9). Both items were listed together as New but one of them was clearly Used (i.e. the shrink wrap had already been removed from the playing cards inside the tin). I contacted the seller 7 days ago to inquire about why the description didn't indicate that 1 item was New and 1 was Used but I didn't get a reply from the seller. After waiting a week and getting no response, this has become a negative buying experience overall.

The package was shipped on the 3rd business day according to eBay. It was a holiday weekend so post office was closed. The items were new as far as I knew. The playing cards were in the original tin and the original packaging. The only thing I can think of as to why they might not have been new, is because it was purchased that way originally and the store put back an opened item. As for not responding to the inquiry... I was out at sea, out of the country and did not receive cell service
