The item is completely genuine. It has all the velcro to hold it in place and the button to adjust the back with air. Thank-you so much. The cover on the old pads was peeling away. I now have a new chair. It would have cost as much to have the old pads re-upholstered.

These are Genuine Herman Miller Casters. Only the Hard Floor Casters have the rubber edge. Not these standard casters. BACKSTORE
