    Product Information

    The bicycle cleat connects the rider's shoe to the bicycle pedal to reduce or eliminate slippage while riding. These cleats are made from durable brass, which is the preferred material for cleats. It makes it so that wear appears on the cleats instead of the expensive bike pedals. This set of cleats works optimally for mountain bike shoes. The two bolts that anchor the cleat to the shoe are included. The cleat design allows for a 2.2-millimeter adjustment.

      easy instal great quality

      They were great quality and easy to instal with the included directions. I wish there was a measurement to help decide if you needed the shims, as we ended up not needing them. extra expense for nothing. They came with a Crankbros sticker that my son instantly slapped on his computer.

      super useful for carbon sole shoes.

      very useful (vital) thing if you have full carbon sole (and expensive shoes)! on the other hand, if you have cheap shoes with plastic sole - don't bother buying it.
