I am thrilled to have all of the benefits of a new laptop in the super cool cf-19 tough book shell! Finally a laptop I can feel safe using while doing the dishes or washing the car.

Track pad and pen reaching the end of their usable life time but nothing that can't be easily replaced. With some tlc and a new pen the machine will be up and ready for the field. Responsive seller, will buy again.

Was really looking forward in turning it on to see how it works but unfortunately they forgot to put in the charger, it's an odd charger that most stores don't carry. I asked them about this and they said they can send me the charger or refund my money. I requested for them to send me one. I am currently waiting to hear back from them saying they sent it. I msg 2 times but did not get an answer back yet. I can not comment on the laptop itself yet.

The physical condition is good and a good price. It wasn't beat up, clean inside and out. Specced out as advertised. The license for Win 11 Pro had a problem. Seller remoted connected to the PC and fixed the issue and now it works correctly. Seller was courteous and good at communication during the issue. Well packaged and shipped promptly. I would buy from this seller again.
