My apologies I thought I already sent this. First your shipping container was very poorly conceived, the board has a 29 inch diagonal crease on one side, I am still trying to understand how one side is damaged yet the other side is fine, the board is usable and the plastic wheels are substandard. I will not be returning the board, the hassle is not worth it although I should have argued more on your counter-bid. have a nice day.

Quality Item, EXACTLY as shown, hardware shipped with door. Packed on a pallet with cardboard & plywood strapped on each side, door in bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Fast delivery.
Communication was excellent. DHL Shipment tracking is weird, DHL never showed they had it, seller quickly clarified tracking & final delivery was by ESTES who showed accurate tracking progress.
