First time buyer on eBay here. I bought a dress labeled NTW and received a dress with tags BUT stained. When I requested a small refund to cover the cost of having the dress cleaned seller didn’t just deny the request BUT stated I must return the dress since I only paid $100 for it then said this is why they hated selling on eBay.Which I have zero idea as to what that has to do with the seller listing an item in NWT condition and not noting the problems in the listing with the dress.Buyer beware

Item arrived in a zip lock baggy and was completely washed out. There was obvious sun damage from extreme use when claimed “new”. This seller is completely unprofessional & is confrontational regarding products etc. claiming that my matching pillowcase bought directly from original retailer “must be a fake”. Also, I received another item that I did not purchase. When I reached out immediately (in case it was intended for another customer) the seller was unwillingly to address the issue & rude.
