All I received were name brand Crucial in OEM retail packaging and there is no evidence of scratching on the contacts or other signs these have ever been used. Can't testify that it will be that way every time, this looks like a listing that's populated with random pulls as applicable, but definitely a good value and a great price for even used RAM, let alone potentially brand new RAM.
