I won a bid on Chanel N 5 on April 13. The item arrived in a timely in what appeared to be authentic packaging. After a few days I noticed the ink was running on the label. I took the bottle to Macy’s to compare it to an authentic one. The counterfeit one does not have an embossed label and the bottom label is an adhesive not a silk screen as the authentic one. Refer to attached photos. I sent the seller the photos and explained the issues. No response from seller. Returned the item.

I ordered Ariana Grande Cloud Perfume spray. It arrived quickly in a cardboard box. The item was inside the box and also wrapped in brown paper. I felt this was an added bonus. As this is a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter, I decided to leave it in the brown paper when I wrapped the outside box. That would give her more anticipation as she wonders what is inside. I appreciate the quick response to my order and the neatness of the package. I was very happy with the service I received.
