The quality of the frame wasn’t as good as demonstrated by the picture provided. I should be allowed to see what a I am actually buying, but when I blew up her picture the detail wasn’t there for me to actually tell what I was buying. She didn’t like the idea that I brought this to her attention, and told me her pictures demonstrating her items were fine. She told me to start a refund even though her listing says returns not accepted. But we decided keep it anyway. Took my own photos to compare

Buyer made false claims that the frame she received was not the same as the photo. She stated that it was not worth $45 when in fact she only paid $29.99 and that she had been ripped off. I called ebay since this was my first experience with insults and false claims. They advised me to tell her to file a return request which I did, even though I have a no-return policy. Buyer knew the frame was vintage and used when purchased. She decided to keep the frame and did not file a request for refund.
