The dutch oven was just as described and did arrive promptly. However, the box in which it was shipped arrived damaged and the packing tape was poorly applied causing the box to open halfway during transit. Although the oven was in original box, there was no padding to prevent sliding around. That box was also dented. When shipping USPS, one must absolutely take care to package securely..
