    This 6 volts starter motor is not in goo...

    This 6 volts starter motor is not in good working condition, it’s not able to fire up my 1600cc engine, it turns very slow. The engine is quite smooth, I can turn it by turning it with the generator pulley belt. Basically it’s useless for me, can I return it?
